Each barista or bartender rings in on their own PIN. The free plan covers you plus 2 staff on a till PIN, and once you pay for anything there is no limit on them.

What your cafe or bar can run today

Everything below works today, within the published plan limits. Add-on prices are stated plainly, so nothing reads as bait.

  • The business plan is free ($0, no card): in-person POS at one location for you plus 2 staff on a till PIN, 500 items, a branded online store and a booking page
  • One flat 0.25% platform fee on card sales (25¢ per $100, minimum 5¢ a sale) on every workspace. It sits on top of your own payment processor's fee (we don't process cards or make processing cheaper)
  • Staff on a till PIN are free, with no limit once you pay for anything. Each person with their own sign-in, besides you, is $4 a month
  • Online Ordering (pickup/delivery/dine-in + live kitchen board) is a $19/mo package
  • Gift Cards are a $9/mo package
  • Marketing & Loyalty (email campaigns + loyalty) is a $29/mo package
  • Recipe Costing & COGS is part of the Restaurants package at $19/mo

Once you pay for anything there is no limit on till PIN staff, and each person with their own sign-in is $4 a month.

Is it free for a small cafe?

Yes. The business plan is $0 with no card required, and you can run a single location on it. The published caps are 1 location, 500 items, and you plus 2 staff on a till PIN. We state them up front so 'free' isn't misleading.

Can each barista or bartender have their own login?

Yes. Every staff member rings in on their own till PIN. The free plan covers you plus 2 staff on a till PIN, and once you pay for anything there is no limit on them. Someone who needs their own sign-in to the rest of the app is $4 a month.

Do you support gift cards and loyalty?

Yes, as packages. Gift Cards are $9/mo. Marketing & Loyalty (email campaigns + loyalty) is $29/mo. Neither is included on the free plan.

Can customers order ahead for pickup?

Yes. Pickup online ordering is the Online Ordering package at $19/mo, which also covers delivery, dine-in, and a live kitchen board. The free piece is the branded online store for browse and checkout.
