Photo storage, once your history builds up
What storage adds each month once photos have been kept for the whole period, at 3 photos a tag of about 2.5 MB each. The first 25 GB is included, and only whole gigabytes past it are charged, at the month's highest point.

Questions
What warranty desks ask us
What counts as a tag?
One warranty claim, however it arrives: from your form, from a branch counter, or entered by your team. Test tags and history you import never count. Warranty Pro includes 250 a month, and each one after that is 18¢.
Do contractors need an account?
No. They open your claim site on a phone or computer and fill in the tag. You decide whether they confirm their email first and whether they can check on a tag later from a private link.
Can we use our own web address and branding?
Yes. Warranty Pro puts your name, colours and own web address on the claim site. Your contractors deal with you, not with us.
Do you file claims with manufacturers for us?
No. Your team files with each vendor the way it does today. You record the vendor's claim number, their answer and the credit here, so every tag shows where it stands.
Is there a per-user fee for warranty work?
No. Warranty Pro is one price for the desk. The free plan includes the owner plus 2 people; past that, Team Pro is $12 a month with 10 people included, then $2 a person.
What about photos?
25 GB of photos and files is included. Past that it is 18¢ per GB a month. You choose how long photos are kept, so older ones can clear out on a schedule.
Can we bring our old tags in?
Yes. Import them from an Excel or CSV file. They arrive as searchable history and never count toward your monthly tags.
Is it only for HVAC?
No. The forms, stages and words are yours to set, so it fits any business that handles warranty claims on the products it sells or services.
